- Reservation Cancellations:
- For cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, we will provide a full refund of any prepaid amounts.
- Cancellations made within 24-48hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
- No-Show Policy:
- If a passenger fails to appear for a scheduled pick-up without prior notification, it will be considered a "no-show."
- No-shows are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
- Service Disruptions or Delays:
- In the unlikely event of service disruptions or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions, vehicle breakdown), we will make every effort to accommodate and provide alternative arrangements.
- In such cases, if the service is unable to be rescheduled or an alternative cannot be provided, a refund for the affected portion of the service will be issued.
- Changes to Reservations:
- If you need to modify or change your reservation, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
- Changes requested within 24-48 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to availability and additional charges, which will be communicated to you at the time of the request.
- Damages:
- Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the service. In the event of significant damages, repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. Absolutely no smoking and vaping is permitted unless communicated by the driver. There will be a $600 smoking fee if passengers do not comply.
